Erkunt Tractor Industry Inc. was established on September 12, 2003, with completely domestic capital, and in a short period of one year, it started to produce Türkiye’s first real domestic design tractor, designed entirely by Turkish engineers.
Production is carried out in a total area of 32,000 m², 12,000 m² of which is closed, located in Ankara Sincan Organized Industrial Zone. In addition to tractor production, ERKUNT also produces hydraulic components for both its own products and other important tractor manufacturers in the world.
In the short period since it started production in 2004, it has gained the trust of Turkish farmers with the high performance, low fuel consumption and 3-year warranty of its tractors, which is a first in the sector, and has become one of the important names in the sector. As of today, there are 8 types and 71 different models of tractors in its product range.
In addition to being the first domestic design tractor produced in Türkiye, ERKUNT has earned the right to receive the European Union Homologation Certificate for all tractor models it produces. On this occasion, the export that started especially to the European continent is another “first” for the Turkish tractor sector.
With TSE-ISO-EN 9001:2008 Quality Management, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management, TS 18001 (OHSAS) Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificates and TSE-ISO-10002 Customer Satisfaction Management Certificate that it received by signing another first in its sector, ERKUNT will continue to make a name for itself with its quality products in Türkiye and the World, to grow rapidly and to sign firsts in Türkiye with its young and dynamic staff.
